Big red itchy bite and looks 5 times a flee bite?

I was wearing a dress the other day and got a bite. I didn't notice it at first. At night i saw it. It was so itchy i put calimine lotion on and it didn't help. Its a big bite, its red and super itchy! What kind of bug is it? What should i do? Oh its also an my leg if that helps.
