How great is the CCP? Why do they flee China? Why do they take almost 1 Trillion Yuan out of this natio?

The Chinese news reported today that since 1995 18,000 CCP officials have disappeared or fled China to the US and other free countries taking with them more than 800 Billion Yuan from the Chinese treasury. This was reported today on the front page of "The New Express" a spin off of Guangzhou's "Yangcheng News".
